    Funny stuff.

Dead-on for how some customers are, too.

Making everything above the fold is EASY, I mean when’s the last time you saw someone fold their monitor? And laptops don’t count. wink

Nice. We just had this client. Except he just ignored this advice, so his head was fine. Leave it to state senator.

You would NOT believe how many clients’ heads have exploded when I told them about Comic Sans, the Fold, and using MS word to design.

Yeah, I have a full-time cleaning lady now raspberry

couldn’t they use “top of screen” at least that implies some knowledge of what medium they are using.

I had the same thing happen to me, but I wish it would have ended the same way. I think this is one of my biggest pet peeves now.

Haha, perfect! I love how these comics touch on the most basic annoyances that I deal with on nearly a daily basis

I hate the term “the fold” if anything its a “scroll”... this isn’t print peeps, you can’t fold the screen.
Lovely comic… I’m sending it on to all I know.

All you geeks.. just because you kids are good in your field does not mean that everyone has knowledge in terms of web designing and shit. I’m sure you guys have pissed lots of bankers off by asking what spot rates are, or convertible rates are when lending money from the bank. It’s utter arrogance to say that you hate dealing with customers who don’t know anything. FFS, thats why they’re paying you to do it. If you don’t have people like that in the world, how else would you guys be making money? Grow up and stop complaining. You guys are good in your area of profession, and others might be good in theirs. Thats is why you kids go to school to get a degree. To explain to people wtf a fold is or what-not. Don’t think because you guys are good with what you do, you’re superior than others.

    Hey Liver - LIGHTEN UP!
It’s COMIC STRIP, for crying out loud!  Just because these ‘kids’ are commiserating about a common pet peeve does not mean that they aren’t professional when dealing with an underinformed client.  Everyone complains about problem customers whether they are selling shoes, mutual funds, or web sites.
