April 6, 2011 at 2:18 pmI feel most two-man team projects can very well be done in two months. Anything longer is generally not well-defined, which is a result of poor insight/research and results in changes in design criteria/scope creep. (People are terrible at predicting the future).

Point is, I WISH my boss would have the balls to decline clients like these, but, I just keep having to bust my balls to achieve these type of “deadline’s”
